SEASON TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
EXPIRY
Current Season Ticket holders have their seats reserved until 16 June 2008 after which time they will be released.
UNDER 7's GO FREE
Accompanied children who are aged 6 years or under on 1 August 2008 can watch all of Swindon Town's Coca-Cola Football League One matches free of charge during the 2008/2009 season.
Applicants will be issued with their own Season Ticket and parents/guardians must produce the following documents at the time of application:
Proof of age - birth certificate or passport (new applicants only)
AGE DEFINITIONS
Under 7's
Children who are aged six years and under as at 1 August 2008
Juniors
Children who are aged 7 years to 15 years as at 1 August 2008
Young Adult
Supporters who are aged 16 years to 20 years at 1 August 2008
Adults
Supporters who are aged 21 years to 60 years as at 1 August 2008
Concessions
Supporters who are registered disabled
Registered wheelchair disabled. Price includes helper.
A Senior Citizen who is 60 years and over as at 1 August 2008.
Students
Supporter in full time education with current valid NUS card.
FAMILY AREAS
Although Season Ticket prices are the same across all stands, supporters with children can still prefer to use our designated Family Enclosure. This is situated in Blocks 1 and 2 of the Arkells
Stand.
Applications for the Family Enclosure must include a combination of Adult and Junior/Under 7 Season Tickets.
DONATIONS
Should supporters consider the proposed price of Season Tickets too low, they may wish to donate an additional sum to aid our club. We are extremely grateful to any supporter who provides a donation. All additional funds will assist with the strengthening of the team.
MORE WAYS TO PAY
Cash
Available for all supporters who apply in person at the Ticket Office. Please do not send cash through the post.
Cheque
Available for supporters who apply either in person or by post.
Credit/Debit Card
You may use your credit/debit card, Mastercard or Visa card to pay online (the launch date of the online ticketing service will be announced late May/early June), in person, or by post.
NOT SURE WHERE TO SIT?
Every year many supporters apply for Season Tickets for the first time, or wish to move to a different seat. If this applies to you, please speak with the Ticket Office staff who will be pleased to advise you of the seats available. Where possible, during normal business hours, we will allow access to the stadium to help you with your seat selection.
NO SMOKING STADIUM
In accordance with no smoking legislation and Football League policy, The County Ground Stadium is a no smoking venue. People breaching the smoking regulations risk being evicted from the ground
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The purchase of a Season Ticket is subject to Swindon Town Football Club's Season Ticket Conditions of Use, which are detailed below and are also available to view at www.swindontownfc.co.uk. Entry to the stadium by means of a Season Ticket shall constitute acceptance in full of the Conditions of Use.
CONDITIONS OF USE
The purchase of your Season Ticket is subject to Swindon Town Football Company Limited's Season Ticket 'Conditions of Use'. The Conditions of Use are reproduced below and copies can also be obtained from the Ticket Office. Admission to the County Ground Stadium using your Season Ticket constitutes acceptance in full of these Conditions of Use.
1.The ticket admits the purchaser to home games in which Swindon Town Football Company Limited (the Club) participates in the following competitions: -
(a)The Football League
(b)The Football League Reserve Competitions, Any Friendly, International, Cup or Play-Off fixtures are excluded. Details of such matches and
selling arrangements will be announced in advance.
2. Holders must produce the Season Ticket at the turnstile. Turnstile operators are under strict instructions to accept only the correct voucher. This will be removed from the book in their presence.
3. This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of, FIFA, UEFA, the Football Association and the Football League in respect to the relevant competition and Swindon Town Football Club Limited Ground Regulations.
4.Ticket holders are required to comply with the Ground Regulations currently in force, a copy of which is available at the main office and posted adjacent to the turnstiles in the stadium.
5.All Juniors must have a valid ticket when entering the stadium. Juniors over the age of 6 will not be allowed to be carried through the turnstiles.
6. Refunds will not be issued for unused tickets. No refunds will be made once tickets have been purchased.
7. Ticket holders must occupy the seat for which their ticket is issued if it is available for use by Home supporters on that day. On occasions seats may not be available if stands are closed or the club needs to segregate supporters. If a seat is not available an alternative will be provided.
8.The Club cannot guarantee that the ticket holder will be able to reserve their, or any other seat, for matches other than Football League matches. In the case of other all ticket matches involving the Club we will use our best endeavours to give Season Ticket holders priority in reserving their seat for F.A. Cup, Football League Cup and other home ties. The Club cannot however, guarantee such priority. Furthermore the club reserves the right to relocate Season Ticket holders if need be to maintain segregation for specific games.
9.The Club does not guarantee the number of games to be played either by the first team or reserve team. In addition, ticket holders should be aware that dates and kick-off times may be varied without consultation or individual notice. Refunds will not be made if new dates/times are inconvenient to ticket holders.
10.The ticket is transferable. The match voucher can be upgraded at the ticket office if required on payment of any difference in price.
11.The Club will not accept any responsibility for lost, damaged, destroyed or mislaid tickets. Duplicate tickets will only be supplied on payment of the full amount of any replacement tickets.
12.In the event of forgetting your ticket on match day, you should proceed to the Swindon Town Ticket Office where a duplicate ticket will be made available on payment of the full cost of the match day price. The money will then be refunded on production of the relevant Season Ticket voucher and duplicate ticket, which must be presented on or before the next home first team match. No money can be refunded at the turnstiles. After this time there will be no refunds.
13.Please inform the Club of any change of address using the slip provided in the Season Ticket book.
14.Certain seats within the stadium may be affected by inclement weather and you should satisfy yourself prior to purchase that you are happy with your choice of seat.
15.No refunds will be made once tickets have been purchased.
16. No person (unless holders of a Football DataCo licence) may bring into the stadium or use within the stadium any equipment, which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to any match or the stadium.
17. Mobile telephones are permitted within the stadium, provided they are used for personal use only.
18. Swindon Town Football Club excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law and liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/property in or around the stadium.
19. The County Ground Stadium is an all-seated, no smoking stadium and an eviction policy is in place for supporters who persistently stand in seating areas or flout the no smoking law.
20. Swindon Town Football Club expects all its ticket holders to behave in a civil manner at all times to all other supporters and staff, and up hold the good name of the club. Any person to be found to be in breach of Ground Regulations at The County Ground Stadium shall be liable to
have his/her Season Ticket cancelled and be banned from the stadium for whatever period the Club in its discretion thinks fit, without compensation.
