Swindon Town legend Don Rogers kicked-off the Race to 6,000 Season Tickets.

Rogers was joined by Town Chief Executive Nick Watkins for the launch, which took place at the STFC Box Office on Monday 12th May 2008..

Queues began forming around 9am ahead of the 10am launch, with 2007/08 Season Ticket Holders able to renew their seats.

Many fans are taking advantage of the lower priced season ticket, also choosing to switch from the Town End stand for a seat in the Don Rogers Stand.

Derek Watson and Paul Heal were the first fans through the door, with Derek presented with a commemorative t-shirt for being the first in line.

Current Season Ticket holders have their seats reserved until Monday 16th June 2008 after which they will be released for general sale.

Season Tickets for new applicants will be available to purchase from Monday 19th May 2008.
