MCNAMEE'S VIEWS ON AUSTRIA TOUR
Town winger Anthony McNamee believes the club can view the tour to Austria as a success, although admits The Robins will have to come to terms with facing up to some physical challenges this term.
After a hard seven days of training, which included three fixtures against top sides, McNamee reflected on the trip before flying out of Munich on Wednesday afternoon.
"I enjoyed the tour. It was hard work but I know the manager wanted to get a lot done in Austria. The training schedule was tough and there were some really difficult sessions.
"The games we had were enjoyable though. The first two were a lot more high profile than the last - Fenerbahce kept the ball a lot more, similar to Steaua Bucharest.
"FC Zlin were a lot more physical and were a tough challenge, but that's something we will have to deal with as we move into the League One season."

McNamee has featured in all three tour games and is expected to be handed an opportunity to show off his dazzling footwork on the flank in front of The County Ground faithful on Friday night.
"Portsmouth is another hard game but we are going to do our best to get a result against them. If we can keep improving our own performances then we shouldn't be going too far wrong," he said.
