Swindon Town Club Physiotherapist Dick Mackey is hopeful of making striker Billy Paynter available for selection this weekend.

Colchester United are the visitors to The County Ground on Saturday afternoon and the Robins will hope to have Paynter available after injury.

The striker was substituted in the first half after taking a heavy challenge, with Lee Peacock taking his place up front.

Mackey, speaking on Monday morning, offered the latest on the striker's situation.

"Billy is recovering from what was a kick just behind the knee," he said.

"He will have treatment this week and we hope to have him available for the visit of Colchester, although we can't guarantee that at this stage," Mackey added.
