It has been a busy campaign for Swindon Town's Football in the Community department, with Soccer Centres no different.

Don't forget that although the season finishes after the Millwall game - our children will continue to hone their skills throughout the summer!

I feel this season the players have worked harder than ever before to engage with our programme. This has been gratefully received by participants and their parents involved in our scheme. All of our children aspire to be professional footballers so to have members of the current first team give up their time to come along has been magnificent and we look forward to building on this next season.

Cricklade Soccer Centre was opened at the end of April and proved a fantastic success. All participants had a great first session and we look forward to developing our links at Cricklade over the coming weeks, months and years.

Attendance figures at our Soccer Centres have been higher than ever this year, with over 700 children coached per week across Swindon and beyond. Next season will see us maintain and improve the Soccer Centre's we already have in place and look to add another centre to our already impressive list.
